We offer various subscription plans for our Services and we offer various terms for our subscription plans from month to month, to 6 month, 12 month, 24 month and 36 month terms depending on a customized pricing plan for a business's needs.

AI Voice Agent Services & Call Recording Responsibility

Clients using AI voice agents configured by Stratos AI agree to comply with all applicable call recording and data privacy laws. Stratos AI is not responsible for monitoring or enforcing compliance related to consent laws (including one-party or two-party consent jurisdictions). It is the client's responsibility to:

- Inform callers of recordings or transcriptions where required.

- Determine whether disclosures must be made based on where callers are located.

- Notify Stratos AI in writing if specific compliance settings such as HIPAA-safe mode are required.

By using our services, you agree to hold Stratos AI harmless from any claims or legal issues arising from misuse or non-compliance related to voice agent configuration or call recording practices.

HIPAA and Healthcare Use

If you are in the healthcare sector or use our platform for any medical or patient-related communications, the following applies:

- Stratos AI does not act as a Covered Entity under HIPAA

- We offer optional HIPAA-aligned features such as disabling recordings and minimizing PHI storage

- You are responsible for compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare laws

- You must notify us and request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if one is required

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Stratos AI LLC, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Services. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services. Misuse or misconfigurations of AI tools and any compliance failures by the client.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law
